Style DiariesStop Saving Your Favourite Clothes for Another Day

Borrow the styling idea, then give it a life outside the screenshot.

A saved folder can become a collection of beautiful strangers. To turn it into something useful, choose six images and write one sentence about what you like in each. Be specific: an oversized sleeve, a red sock, a clash of textures.
Look for the common thread. If it is proportion, experiment with lengths you already own. If it is colour, try a small accent before rebuilding an outfit around it.
Create one look from your own wardrobe and photograph it in ordinary light. Compare it with the idea, not with the person in the original image. Your clothes, setting and preferences will make it different, and that is part of the exercise.
If you share a reference publicly, credit its creator. A moodboard can acknowledge inspiration while leaving room for your own choices.
