OutfitsPurple for People Who Usually Wear Black

From “we should” to a date in the calendar.

The group chat is full of excellent intentions. Exhibitions, cafés, films, places someone walked past. Often the missing ingredient is not enthusiasm, but a plan small enough to agree on.
Pick one place and a short window of time. Give people a clear invitation and room to decline. A catch-up does not need a whole Saturday or a perfectly coordinated table.
Keep the plan easy to repeat. Friendship can grow through small, ordinary meetings, not just the nights everyone remembers to photograph.
